I can confirm this. I run 4 servers with Hercules and all 4 servers have the same problem.

Hercules doesn't support RagexeRE on 2013+

We aren't using ragexeRE

Fixed 2014 April client it's ok for a renewal server? Or i have to download a RagexeRE exe? What's the difference between various exe??
Back then, in 2 years ago,
the developer decide to change their ragexeRE to Ragexe, because they believe its more stable,
thats why on 2013+ there are no ragexeRE

they should, well at least put them in data.grf, not in system folder.

These new monsters appear on a number of maps in a limited amount at a time, with over 300 new versions of existing monsters introduced this week. These monsters have a special prefix/suffix before or after their name that lets you know what their special effect is! The "old" pet effect is the one hercules have right now,
the newer from KRO is giving more effects, like i mention in 1st post, based on pet's intimacy
Poring:
If pet intimacy is Cordial, LUK +2, CRIT +1.
If pet intimacy is Loyal, LUK +3, CRIT +1.

Seems not right for me :
"Test 2ROData Translation FolderData"
if your ragnarok folder is :
"Test 2RO"
(Eg: files inside this folder contain = binkw32.dll, granny2.dll, Mp3dec.asi, etc)
Then it should be
"Test 2ROData"
(This is where your clientinfo.xml placed)
