  1. Hi, How can I detect if the player is using an unpacked client and automatically kick it by the server ? are there free anti cheat programs that has this feature ? Thank you.
  2. Where do you get free-for-commercial-use or paid ragnarok arts that can be post on your website?
  3. Thanks for the reply, I imported the log now on the ragnarok db, I had imported it on the wrong db earlier. About the login user, yes i have already account_id: 1 and userid: testid, user_pass: testpass and Sex: S already. I actually already created a server using rAthena files, i just want to switch to hercules. So I kinda know how to modify the server files since hercules is based on rAthena or continuation. BTW in rAthena I have to modify the file subnet_athena.conf, I don't know the equivalent of that file here in hercules. Also do I still need to modify packets.h file ?
  4. Hello, I'm trying to run the server on linux, here's the console's log Here are the files that I modified: 1. char-server.conf 2. map-server.conf 3. sql_connection.conf 4. mmo.h char-server.conf // Information related to inter-server behavior inter: { // Server Communication username and password. userid: "testid" passwd: "testpass" // Login Server IP // The character server connects to the login server using this IP address. // NOTE: This is useful when you are running behind a firewall or are on // a machine with multiple interfaces. login_ip: "XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX" //server's ip // The character server listens on the interface with this IP address. // NOTE: This allows you to run multiple servers on multiple interfaces // while using the same ports for each server. //bind_ip: "127.0.0.1" // Login Server Port login_port: 6900 // Character Server IP // The IP address which clients will use to connect. // Set this to what your server's public IP address is. char_ip: "XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX" //server's ip // Character Server Port char_port: 6121 } map-server.conf inter: { // Interserver communication passwords, set in the login server database userid: "testid" passwd: "testpass" // Character Server IP // The map server connects to the character server using this IP address. // NOTE: This is useful when you are running behind a firewall or are on // a machine with multiple interfaces. char_ip: "XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX" //server's ip // The map server listens on the interface with this IP address. // NOTE: This allows you to run multiple servers on multiple interfaces // while using the same ports for each server. //bind_ip: "127.0.0.1" // Character Server Port char_port: 6121 // Map Server IP // The IP address which clients will use to connect. // Set this to what your server's public IP address is. map_ip: "XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX" //server's ip // Map Server Port map_port: 5121 } sql_connection.conf sql_connection: { // [INTER] You can specify the codepage to use in your mySQL tables here. // (Note that this feature requires MySQL 4.1+) //default_codepage: "" // [LOGIN] Is `userid` in account_db case sensitive? //case_sensitive: false // For IPs, ideally under linux, you want to use localhost instead of 127.0.0.1. // Under windows, you want to use 127.0.0.1. The error log on the console says "[Error]: The communication passwords are set in /conf/map-server.conf and /conf/char/char-server.conf". When I downloaded this server files the map-server.conf is located at "/conf/map/map-server.conf" and not in "/conf/map-server.conf". Are there anymore files that i need to modify ? Thank you.
