To make HP/SP table you can use this tool https://herc.ws/board/files/file/202-hercules-hpsp-table-generator/ and paste in Hercules\db\(pre)re\job_db.conf E.g. HP/SP table for Exp you can change like HP/SP table in Hercules\db\re\exp_group_db.conf E.g. Base Exp table E.g. Job Exp table -
goto your game folder and enter data->msgstringtable.txt see at row 3458 and replace it with only #
