How and where to edit to make max attkspeed 193, base level 225??

Hi Quasi I was able to make rAthena working... however.. can you guide me on how to edit atkspd...? specifically the folder and file that i will go to... thanks

Good day... May I request a link of the latest ready-to-play copy of the whole game itself... (renewal) I am really zero knowledge about scripting and I'm having trouble locating folders and files.. copying and pasting and all of that programming thing...
