how can I add noexp mapflag in all the dungeons? I mean I cant get any exp in any dungeons or fields. only in towns

Why is it I cannot get exp in dungeons and fields? But in towns I can get exp when I kill monsters please help!!

where can I change the formula for str to attack? I mean i max my str( 255 str) and my attack is still too low. Same as my int - matk please help!
