It shouldn't be, the account tested with is item-less. Unless it's a server flag I might have accidentally set that could cause a permanent state of Intravision (Or client for that matter...) Figured it out this morning, was a problem on my part, sorry to bother.

Got a problem where when using skills like hiding, cloaking, or any other skill like that, the sprite turns pure black, and everyone can still see it. Not sure where this error could have been caused, any ideas? EDIT: Forgot to mention, using clientver 2013-12-23, and data/rdata are both fully up to date.
