When installing fluxcp i encounter a problem when connecting to database Error: PDOException Message: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2054] The server requested authentication method unknown to the client

Hi i have a backup of the database of my ramod and manually add the login table but when i run it on my local computer i always have an error "login_sql_server.exe has stopped working" Can anyone help me?
