Vend/Chatroom allowed on specific area

Hi, I am looking for a script that allows players to only vend/make a chatroom on a specific area/specific cells on a map.

Sorry, I figured it out! There's two script_custom.conf for some reason..

Hi I'm pretty new to this so bear with me! 

 

There are some npc.txts that are included in the trunk but are // "deactivated"

I try to activate them by removing the //s and reloaded my scripts but they still don't activate.. 

 

What should I do? Thanks!
