Stalker NPC why is Skill() script command not working for me

Hey guys , So i was going through this script , i dont know who it was made by but as i'm trying to learn how to script i read whole script and try to understand how it works so i had a little doubt here please help me if u can. Here's the Script: https://pastebin.com/myhNdrkj So as this script pretty much gives u a skill and then stores the skill it gave u in "StalkerSkill" and everytime u login it checks for StalkerSkill and gives u the skill back . so it isnt lost . But problem is when u speak to the NPC in order to get a new it only checks for the skill that you obtained from NPC. So if u have a skill that You got from the NPC it will remove that skill and assign u new one . But what about the skill that a stalker copied from other player . When m doing that its stacking up 2 skills . Is there a way to fix it , and if yes how ? Please Help me out with this one Guys <3 -
First of all I would like to say that I have been doing some research on this and I have not found anything... I would like to know that in Hercules there is some kind of function that helps me to identify how much damage has been done and received, another that also tells me how much cure I had and etc, basically I would like to do my WoE ranking 'similar' with eAmod, I just need a little light to start my work.... If someone can at least tell me where I can study this I thank you very much... @4144 sorry to tag you on the topic, could you give me a light of where to study this?

Please help about this script, this is a game script i found it on rathena forums 1st of all is this legal? pulling out 1 of their script's and trying to get a help to fix this script cause its not working very well,idk maybe its not fit on hercules, but i really want to use it and try it if its possible to use in hercules if we try to reconstruct the script, i did some changes but it doesnt work, (Found bug) it activates 1 time only, after that u cannot redo the event unless u did @reloadscript it will work after that, 1more problem is no prize at all and it doesnt broadcast the winner also, Thanks in advanced, (Sorry for my bad English) russian.txt
