How to reduce damage of mobs?

Still some mobs are strong. How can I lower all MVP mob damages? Thanks!

under mob_db, reduce atk1 & atk 2 for their damage

under mob_skill_db you can also reduce monster's skill levels/skill recast time intervals &chance
