Hercules setting up guide

Hello guyd, sorry if I posted this one to the wrong forum. Can anyone help me on hos to setup the Hercules emulator? I followed this guide but Im having an error when it comes to the VB C++..

 

The picture below is the one that I always encounter.

 

I already restarted my pc. Issue still the same.

I already reinstalled the VB C++ 2012. Issue still the same.

I already reinstalled the Build Tools for the VS C++ 2012. Issue still the same.

 

I dont know what to do. I want to use the Hercules Emulator. Please help me.

 

Currently Im using rAthena emulator but all the scripts that I got through online and script that came from this site is only compatible for Hercules Emulator. thats why I want to switch Emulator to Hercules. Please help me...

Are you using "Clean Build > Build" on the whole solution? That part is just for recompilation of your (source) modifications, what is the exact error?

Kindly give us more information to be able to help you out.
