About the Auction

Hello to Hercules staffs and members!


I got some ideas about the Auction Feature... like Make Auction NPCs require Merchant Skill ID #41: Vending, and disable Vending Window?

so that no moar merchs AFK in the server and makes the server less laggy? XD
idk but it's just an idea tho xD
I also don't know if it is plausible o.o

Autovendors don't really make servers laggy though. They only lag players if their PCs can't handle it, and that's why you generally put them in vending maps.

I see... But do u think is it possible to do that? awee.. i think the auction feature would be more u know.. usable?

This is suggestion forum, so let me tell few wpoints on this

1) we tend to follow kRO, and I guess it's not like this.

2) it surely won't reduce lag or anything(how can less auction means less lag?) , lag depends on many factor on player side and server side too.

3) auction system is broken in many new clients and was fixed, and this cycle goes on in kRO clients.

 

4) merchants don't make server laggy...
