I think if someone is brave enough and has enough resources and can code/script his own client and make an RO v1.5 it can theoretically revive the slowly withering population of ragnarok players worldwide, New contents. An official International server for everyone.Tbh, no one would do that, unless one is considering for whole new game...Since if he just makes client, he's still been going into illegal issues, for using gravity files and other issues...
