Any client 2014 can use both iteminfo and idnum2itemdesctable.txt ?

Because in description of item i have some special character in UTF 8 but iteminfo not support!

 

I can pay for that client !

it does support, you just need to change the encoding of the file

about itemInfo, just change encoding of file as evilpuncker said (but maybe that affects resname and some weird thing would happen :? )
