In-game items are Korean/unreadable

I have seen this issue addressed in the Q&A, though the suggestions there did not seem to fix the issue for me.

I have tried a few things to fix this. As per the FAQ, I re-downloaded itemInfo.lua from the translation pack, ensured it has information in English, and used the batch file to turn it into an LUA file.

I have also tried to use the GRF file from here: https://rathena.org/board/topic/97298-rotranslateden-just-add-to-ini/ and of course I have added it to my DATA.INI file. I have had no change in the item names and descriptions though.

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

FIXED--

Sorry for the premptive post. As it turns out this was in fact an issue of PEBCAK (problem exists between chair and keyboard). The new itemInfo.lub file fixed the issue. However, it was not in the correct directory. Now everything is good and readable!
