Job Master without Rebirth

Hey ya! I'm wondering if it is possible to remove rebirth from the job master.

 

I don't want a job master that in a click you turn into transclass.

 

Novice -> 1st Class -> 2nd Class -> Transclass.

e.g.: Novice -> Swordsman -> Knight -> Lord Knight
