Offline Test Hercules

Good day. Hercules noob here

 

Matagal na akong fan ng ragna. And madalas sa offline lang ako nakakapaglaro. I've set up a server once sa loob lang ng bahay, kami kami ng mga pinsan at kapatid ko.

 

I was wondering if puwede niyo akong bigyan ng lead kung anong mga file yung kailangan pati necessary guides pasikot-sikot. I'm familiar with the search engine naman sa forum kaso hindi ako familiar doon sa mga technical terms ng Hercules (not that marunong na ako sa eAthena at rAthena or anything). I'm willing to learn, though.

 

Gusto ko lang magset-up ng offline, yung pang LAN lang. Same motif, para laruin kasama mga kaibigan.

 

If you could lead me to some files, better. And if ever, maging beta tester na din (offline) ng mga server na mairerecommend niyo

I mean, thank you. It's a good start. This is just something, this doesn't include turning it offline or converting it into a server emulator. That exactly I do not know how. Because I don't want any other program involved when starting the server. Just the plain emulator of it. Thank you if you can lead me on this one.

Hi @@tyr_12 ! Sundin mo lang po yung guide na pinost ko nung nakaraang araw (Guide for setting up Hercules).
Andyan nakalagay ang step by step procedure kung anong mga gagawin sa pagbuo ng server side.

Kapag may mga katanungan ka regarding sa pag gawa ng offline server, maari mong itanong yan dito.

I've read the guide. I understand now how. But my concerns are only answered at the end.

 

The run-server.bat can only be retrieved after compiling. My goal is not to set up anything online, just a LAN server.

Another thing, links to some of the application or program needed are dead, hindering the process.

I cannot compile without going through all those stuffs, again, with the dead links.

 

May I request for a compiled version of the 'basic' Hercules Server found in git, one with start-server.bat.

I'll just add customs and other things on my end. So, then I can work with the Client-side. Thank you, most kindly Sir. *cheers*

Just the most basic/purest form of the server. I'm fine with any tweekings you're forced to do (like passwords etc.) And work on it myself, just so the server is running and anyone can connect through LAN. Thank you.
