No Sound Effect

hello i'm new using hercules .. i want to ask , when i login to my server i don't hear sound bgm and effect .. i have tick the bgm and effect but not effect

so what sould i do ?

PROBLEM SOLVED !

i have try use another setup.exe

[maqc1 8]

Make sure you have these two files in your root folder :
