Fail to delete character

Hi everyone,

 

I facing a problem that i cant solve it. Account character cant be delete even using the correct e-mail and date of birth.

 

Hope someone could leave some advice and safe my day

have found the solution for character delete

 

Example: 1980-01-01 (Birthday Delete will be 800101)

 

still not yet test due to time waiting after email enter for delete character
