Help! Is there any solution for this issue?

I got some instances scripts from thor1009's topic.
I try to check the script with script checker and this error pops out, please help me with this problem.
And I promise once this issue is fixed I will started to upload translated instances script from thor1009 which I translated them by myself.

hercules doesn't have those scriptcommands, you need to add them

I am total new in source, I tried to find the way to add script commands, but I couldn't find anything.
is it possible for you to give me more guidance on this issue? or any recommended paid services I can get?
