i got problem on this client side

i try to change some of the items description but when i try to look in game it dont change the description of the items... im using 2013-06-05.. how to fix this?

it doesn't use idnum2itemdesctable.txt. it use lua files. check your system>iteminfo.lua or lub.

what about for slot? coz some of the Headgear item dont show slot in game but they are sloted you can put cards on then..

The client-side slot information of items (what slots you see available to put a card in there) is set on your client iteminfo.lua (or iteminfo.lub if you use lub); the server-side slot information for items (what slots are actually able to be put a card in) is managed in the server db/{pre-}re/item_db.txt or db/item_db2.txt
