Hi, I think its possible but I want to know if someone considered or something, I was thinking about do this for a mobile app (iOS and Android) for example.

Maybe it is possible through an app like Discord. It already supports IRC relay (although its fucking confusing to setup).

so far, I think RO has a 60 sec delay before updating the db. I won't say it is impossible, but you would need to listen and send packet somehow....
