Using translation data but still got alien text on upper chat box

I'm setting up client follow this topic http://herc.ws/board/topic/8894-guide-setting-up-2013-client-for-hercules/

already use the translation data folder

 

everything work fine except of upper chat text that still in Alien language (I assumed that it originally Korea)

 

 

So, Any suggestion to fix this thing.

 

I try to search in this form but didn't find the solution or may I use the wrong keyword.

 

ps. I know that double click and change name is one of the solution,

but is there any default translation for this one?
