cloud and smoke

I need an idea, a suggestion.

 

I need and want to make a scene that has yellow clouds. Or yellow smoke.

 

Does anyone have any idea how to do this?

 

I thought of doing it in 3d max ... Using the particle system. But when will I convert to RSM from error.  maybe not have particle system support. Anyway ...

 

Anyone have any ideas on how to make smoke or clouds?
