Thor patcher downloads but doesn't apply patch

my thor patcher is downloading the patches but the patches were never applied. im trying patch clientinfo.xml, anyone can give me solution?

Possibly you used wrong dir to make .Thor file

i use input directory & Single File but the patches never applied & if im already patching, then i want to add next patch it didnt show patch fot last patch i make

Have you tried it running in Administrator?

Try disable uac on your windows 7 system or running as administrator.
