rainbem 0 Posted December 15, 2016 Good day, I am rain and I am new here, recently I created my own local server using hercules emulator and 2015 rageexe thanks to the developer of this project. however, I just wanted to know if I can host it myself, is it legal? do I need a proper conversation with or to whom it may concern?
