Full Adrenaline Rush Skills?

i have a character whitesmith i tried to level up it til job 70 but i cant put the full adrenaline rush skill?

 

is that normal?

 

at which job full adrenaline will show or can use?

 

please help me on this.

Full Adrenaline Rush is a skil that is only activated when you're soul linked and doesn't need any skill points. Its only requirement is to have Adrenaline Rush at level 5.

isn't that the skill that is activated only if you are soul linked? sorry if I'm wrong
