Nil Value > Weird Problem

Hello community , I have this weird problem:
I have a full working custom grf (40mb) if i extract it , rebuild it either with grf editor or grf builder , it becomes about 4mb , and when i try to execute my launcher it goes for a "nil value exc".
What do you suggest me to do ?

Download pre-re/re in here and insert it in your grf. you might be missing lua files
