Disabling Dual Client in 2013 Clients

Question

Hi everyone, as the title says. :)

I'm using xDiffpatcher and the diff patches provided by shakto but I think it doesn't contain the hex for disabling dual clients, so if anyone happens to know how, please share it, thanks!
