Can I add "delay circle" on "use item" delay ?

Not sure if I make myself clear I mean example....

It's has 5 sec delay right?

 

I also want to make the Item Icon of Yggdrasill Berry Show "Delay Cycle" too

Like when you using skill and have a delay you'll see there a grey delay cycle until it non-grey then you can use it again

 

Is it possible to do so?
