I tried change de parameters using xvi32, but he continue oppening without thor patcher.

Fala luiz! Eu acho que isso não é possível. Você pode tentar esconder o arquivo ragexe, mas ele sempre ficará acessível pelos usuários.

 

English version: I think that is not possible. You can hide the ragexe from the users, but not lock it.
