how do I make the player even offline when they sign up to receive the Winning Guild Weekly award?

Add Sql table - WOE reward queue "Player ID" -  "Reward"

After every LogIn script:

if (LastLogin > LastRewardDate) close;
else {
	Load rewards for this Player;
	if (noReward) close;
	else {
		givereward;
	}
}
