Problem with LoginServer

hey everyone, i have test to create a server, now i have a problem to connect with loginserver.
Please can help me?

Hello,

Does your Server Username und Passwort are the same in your conf for Char and map Server? (map-server.conf and char-server.conf)

What about your firewall? are the Ports open?
