HELP FOR ADDING NEW CUSTOM ITEM

Is there anyone here who can help me on how to add new custom item? Can you Team viewer me or help me pleasee.

I have the sprite of runes of power and i want to add it on my server

There is a guide on the github wiki. It should be good enough to get a custom item in.
