i try this script it work for item description but why like this?

here script_command i use mes("Bring me an <ITEM>Apple<INFO>512</INFO></ITEM>.");

Haven't tested it, but try ITEMLINK instaead of ITEM. (Source)
It depends on the used client which one works. (Source)

For add link, you can use script function F_MesItemInfo. It add correct tags for any client versions
