Char-Server authentication of the account REFUSED

Currently trying to log into the server and this appears on the server status:

[Status]: Char-server 'Ragnarok Network': authentication of the account 1 REFUSED (ip: __Public_IP__).

Ports 6900, 5121 & 6121 are open and active.

commented the line bind_ip on conf/login/login-server.conf and add your ip in allowed section on conf/common/socket.conf
