Set the subnet

Where can I modify this line

subnet: 255.0.0.0:127.0.0.1:127.0.0.1

 

this was from rAthena and cant find it here at hercules

I need to change it to subnet: 0.0.0.0:127.0.0.1:127.0.0.1 for the port forwarding
