[HELP] Problem With Skill don't forget me & Phantom thrust Pre-renewall..

Please help me ...i want to ask about skill bard/dancer Dont Forget me,,

if i use that skill , why 1 party or 1 guild can infected by effect dont forget me ..its slower move .

should this skills is effect to other enemy and not in party or guild ..

are this skills use new formula or what ?

how to fix it ..
