how to add monsters with act and spr

hello good afternoon i want to add some poring mobs and other monsters just like act and spr i'm new to ragnarok and i don't know if and just install inside the data / sprite / npc folder throw the files in there turn on the emulator and see if you got it or if you have to add some line to them and the place that the person wants him to be on the map I mean someone could explain to me step by step I am kind of dumb in this
