Good day, I discovered a problem involving the Rebel class. The skills always miss and it's stuck to 99. I found out that the exp_group_db doesn't seem to recognize the Rebel class as part of the extended class and only recognizes it as part of the FirstClasses.
I've already posted this on RO offline for newbies thinking perhaps it's a problem with his version, but after replacing the emulator with the latest emulator from https://github.com/HerculesWS/Hercules. I've found the problem persisted so I appropriately ask here as perhaps it's a problem in the emulator itself. Thanks to anyone who noticed this as I'm not really tech-savvy.
