Eden is missing a few NPCs necessary for turning in quests. They are Sprakki, Spikle, Sponiac, Rakkis, and Sparkle. More may be missing but I am only up to level 56-70 quests. All of these quests require that I turn in to Sparkle. I've gone through the NPC files but can't seem to find her. Can anyone help me out here?
