allskill tree error |Hercules| 2012 client

hello Hercules i want to ask about allskill tree for player

i use Hercules latest svn and 2012 client for play [same when using other svn]

 

my config

 

conf/groups.conf

enable permission normal group player

        all_skill: true        all_equipment: true 

 

conf/battle/player.conf

// Can a normal player by-pass the skill tree? (Note 1)player_skillfree: yes

 

but skill can't use

if use command @skillall

skill normal and active

 

 

how to solve this problem??

maybe someone can help me
