Omniface 0 Posted September 20, 2013 I would like a Buff NPC with a setup like this: Novice lv1-3 500z Intermediate lv4-6 2000z Expert Maxed Level Buffs 8000z Novice level would be like lv1-3 increase agility and blessing.
