Stacking Concentration/Awakening/Berserk Potion

I have encountered problem, when i use concentration/awakening/berserk potion it stackable. seeking for your assistance on why it's stackable?

It think the effects of each potion is not stacking (only the one with the highest effect is) and only the icons stacks. I thinks that's normal
