you need to apply the patch/diff using tortoise svn or manually add it into your server.

 

if you have tortoise, rightclick on the your server folder then choose tortoiseSVN>apply patch>

yes i want to manually add it where im gonna put the files i downloaded?

Update: i tried to right click and apply patch on your file and it says not a working copy
