themon 63 Posted December 7, 2013 (edited) can this game be revive? Title: Ragnarok Battle Offline Developer: French-Bread Release date: 2009 Genre: Adventure;Beat’em up Language: English Size: 2GB OS: Windows® XP/Vista (only) /7CPU: 1 GHz Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon 3000Memory: 512 MB of RAMGraphics: 128 MB DirectX 9.0c-compliant, Shader 3.0-enabled video cardHard Drive: 2GB free Ragnarok Battle Offline, or RBO, is a beat ‘em up game for Microsoft Windows created by dōjin soft developer French-Bread. Thegame had three expansion packs, called “Extra Scenarios”. French Breadpossibly planned to have more (since there are unused map icons, such asGlast Heim and Clock Tower of Al de Baran), but no announcement hasbeen made about another expansion pack for more than two years. (FrenchBread had already announced that they won’t make another expansionbecause they aren’t interest to make it anymore and this game is out ofdate) Ragnarok Battle Offline hasvery little plot, although some background characters in the game“speak” through text, sometimes mimicking actual player interaction inRagnarok Online. themon 63 Posted December 7, 2013 I tried to post it but got warned by Mysterious so I deleted the mediafire link. but you can still try to download this in the youtube video if you want. I really like to see a second job of this game
jaBote 438 Posted December 7, 2013 No, I'm not meaning we haven't the final game (which is paid proprietary software and its redistribution is forbidden by law), I mean the code used to compile that, that remains solely in their developers computer. Since we don't have that source code, we can't do anything about it. Source code: code for making the game. Release: Final version given to users that purchase the game. Mystery 594 Posted December 8, 2013 Now, this topic is way better than your previous one themon. Thank you for being very informative and giving much more detail about this game. Sadly, I do have to side with Jabote on this one as I don't think it can be revived... unless someone plans to make it from scratch
