2013-08-07 not working on anti WPE

Question

Hello eveyone, Im using 2013-08-07 client and use this key packets

and put this to my packets.h then recomplie

and tested it but still WPE is usable, Disable Packet Encryption is unchecked, I hope someone can help me out

To put it simply some of the keys are poorly chosen hence WPE is able to get through. Solution is to use your own keys (or reuse good key set from a different client date) for both client and server.
