How to fix SC_MOVHASTE_INFINITY Icon?

I was adding a script for guyak pudding but then whenever pointing my cursor on the icon, I get an error and my client crashes

how can I fix this?

 

P.S its okay if theres a need to remove that icon. I will,  I just dont know how haha.
