how can i Remove skill usage of Hiding and Cloaking?

as the title says. Removing the skill of usage of Hiding and Cloaking?
one one when you use Hide and on the top of your character saying like "Hiding" 

 

what i mean to say is Screaming skill name "Hiding !!"  and "Cloaking !!"
