How to set exp rate and drop rate!?

Just want to make sure, how to set exp rate and drop rate:

If I want like this

Exp : 100x = ? Base and Job Exp!

Drop : 45x = ?

 

Is it like this

100x = 100?

45x = 45?

 

Or

 

100x = 1000?

45x = 450?

Think of the values as percentages.

 

100% (1x) = 100

4500% (45x) = 4500

10000% (100x) = 10000

For Setting Rates as 1x, you need to set 100

i.e 1x = 100

100x = 1000

45x = 450

Or you can just think of

1 (just add 2 zeroes after)

if you want 100 then just add 2 zeroes at the end and it will be 10000
